Working with Kim and her team made the whole process very easy as they had the knowledge and contacts to make our reno fast and easy. We found that everything was clearly communicated and when we had questions or wanted more of an explanation Kim was always available. "We used Kim and her team to design and upgrade our bathroom/laundry/toilet. They were good to work with. They guided us through the process of design, costed it out and installed it. Each stage we were completely involved. Communication was good. It was clear at each stage what was happening and they were prompt in replying to communications without being pushy. They gave good advice on how to get the upgrade we wanted without imposing their designs. During the upgrade itself the progress was well documented. Generally things went well but when there were delays or issues, they were well communicated. We would recommend them if you want a quality managed upgrade."
